How they evolve: Watching the show /reading manga shows that evolution for hollow depends on eating each other. So it should be when you achieve a certain lvl and ready for the next evolution you will have to kill a certain amount of hollows depending on the requirements.
Evolution chain:
Hollow>Gillian>Adjuchas>Vaste Lorde

Arrancar’s “Bankai”: well since we all know their “Shikai” are just releasing their true form. Each arrancar has their own unique attack sorta like a bankai when their on their release state. That’s essential for fair fight against shinis so start ICONING!

Ex: Grimmjow’s ultimate technique “bankai” is Desgarron(if you want to see how it looks watch bleach ep 167) or read it somewhere in the manga.

Not all of the techniques has been shown but you get the point that arrancar has BANKAIS! Aswell haha. And don’t you guys jst love my typing, its hard to read mwuahahahahjahahaha

Yea, we already just started making the Arrancar shikais. Volcanica, Nel, and Luppi's have been started. We plan on making a lot because well we are having shini's have a lot.

I was wondering the Espada leader is going to be a Shin? Also if he is going to get boosts?

Dude, yes were only on the Shikais. We aren't worried about Arrancars as much as Shinigami and Human Classes.
